• Check In Time: 3:00 PM
• Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets
• No Parties or Events
• This is a Non Smoking unit ($250.00 fine). When smoking on Patio/Balcony, please use an ashtray! Throwing out butts onto to common area will result in a fine to your host who will back bill you accordingly. On instances that smoke smell enters the unit, a fine of $250 will be collected from the guest.
• Trash bags/bins should remain inside the unit. Do not put it outside. Take your trash to the nearest dumpster by your unit.
• Do not place furniture from inside the unit on to the patio and deck. If you do use it to sit outside, it must be returned inside the unit.
• Pool & Spa are open 24/7 but QUIET TIME is 10pm to 7am.
• Speed limit throughout the community is 10 MPH drive safely and monitor speed to avoid a Hefty Fine.
• You must display property temporary pass (quickpass) at all times in your vehicle during your stay.
• You must use the code given by the host when using the complex’s amenities.
• Always keep your pet on a leach and pickup its waste. Pet stations with bags are distributed throughout the community. Also, any damages in the unit caused by your pet is your full responsibility.
• For EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT requests, it will depend on how the calendar fills up in consideration to instant bookings.
• Please make sure to check all your belongings before leaving the unit. All that are left behind are not the host’s responsibility.
• FOR PACKAGES. Please request for a mailing address. The unit does not accept any packages in the unit.
